The open plan living area has a beamed ceiling fireplace with inset wood burning stove, furnished with a sofa which converts to double sofa bed which is pocket sprung with memory foam as alternative additional sleeping arrangements for a 3rd person, (please note an additional £30 per week applies) leather designer chair,oak sideboard with lamps, marble coffee table, LCD TV, DVD with freeview, and open arch through to:-

Dining Area with granite table and four leather chairs

Fully Fitted Kitchen complete with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with ice box. In the kitchen you will also be able to find a supply of salt and pepper, cling film, silver foil, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths and tea towels.

There is also under floor heating. French windows opening out on to paved secluded courtyard with views across the paddocks and Cotswold hills up the Chipping Campden valley.

A barbecue and patio furniture are provided for alfresco dining.

A staircase leads up to a modern bathroom with marble tiled floor, heated towel rails, spacious shower, roll-edged bath, basin and toilet.  

The first floor also has a kingsize bedroom with exposed timbers, the bed will be made-up ready for your arrival.  Hairdryer and staightening irons. (single childs Z-bed or cot can also be provided).

Included in the cost are linen, towels, heating, electricity and logs, you will also find a welcome pack including Fair-trade tea, hot chocolate, coffee and sugar plus biscuits and organic milk to help you settle in.

Location

The village of Mickleton is less than a mile away and provides a thriving 'proper Cotswolds village' with village shop, Post Office and Green Grocery supplying locally grown vegetables along with a renowned Butcher and local game supplier.  The two pubs of Mickleton serve excellent food and are popular with visitors and locals alike.
