Do we need insurance? We do not provide holiday insurance at Sarah’s Cottages so we recommend that you get insurance just as you would if you were going on holiday abroad. What happens if we need to cancel? If you cancel your holiday we cannot return any money received from you unless we manage to re-book the cottage. If the cottage is re-booked at a discount, then we will send back money received from you minus the discount. We will also take a £30 cancellation fee from any money received. Where do we pick up the keys?We will send you full instructions regarding where to get the keys upon receipt of final payment. What time can we arrive at the cottage? Each cottage has a different arrival and departure time. This will be written on your confirmation letter but you can also find this out by checking the individual cottage details. If you can’t get hold of them, you can always give us a call. Can a cottage accommodate any additional people? We cannot accommodate additional people from the stated maximum at each cottage. None of the cottages can accept caravans or camping. We ask that there are no parties that include more than the stated maximum. How do the area guides work? The area guides give an indication which area a cottage is nearest to. It doesn't necessarily mean that the cottage is actually in the area itself. To find out exactly where the cottage is, have a look at the directions within the description of the cottage itself.
